The Beta Upsilon Chapter of Phi Lambda Upsilon was installed on April 24, 2003.

The Charter members are:

John Brown, Essra Burgeba, Hayes Cook, Christopher de Leon, Roland Faucher, Susanne Schnaak, Dorothy Gnann, Anna Hutchings, Alex Jonke, Matalia McConnell, Nicholas Marshall, Ikenna Ikpareke, Paul Sanders, Dustin Smith, Caroline St. Antoine, Cindy Tartal, Elizabeth Trippe, and Abeer Zeineddine.
